Shoe-In for Kids

Shoe-In for Kids is a Salvation Army program that provides brand-new shoes for nearly 3,000 children in need, determined by elementary schools in Bexar County.

Since 1981, The Salvation Army has partnered each year with more than 200 volunteers from organizations, such as Zachry Construction, Valero Energy Corporation, USAA, KCI/Acelity, Energy Transfer, Citibank, Target, U.S. Air Force, local celebrities and others present new shoes to children of low-income families.
